Child Abuse Policy

Our commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. This covers child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, the sexualization of minors, and any attempt to use our service to gain access to a child. There is no warning, no second review, and no appeal on the merits: accounts found engaging in this conduct are permanently removed, and confirmed material is reported to the appropriate authorities.

This commitment does not depend on whether any children are present on our platform. The prohibition is unconditional.

An adults-only service

QaboolHai is intended solely for adults who are legally able to marry in their jurisdiction. Users must be at least 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• Every enquiry is screened by a matchmaker before any introduction is made, and identity and age are verified during that conversation.
• Profiles are never public and are never browsable, which removes the open discovery surface that predatory behavior depends on.
• Where a parent or family member makes the first contact on behalf of a prospective client, we speak with the adult client directly before anything proceeds.
• If we learn that a registered user is under 18, the account is closed immediately and associated data is deleted, except where retention is required by law or by an active investigation.

A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided us with personal information should contact us using the details below so that we can remove it.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited across our website, our applications, and any communication with our staff or other users:

• Creating, possessing, requesting, sharing, promoting, or linking to child sexual abuse material, including photographs, video, drawings, and computer- or AI-generated depictions.
• Grooming, or any attempt to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes, whether directly or through an adult with access to that child.
• Sextortion, or threatening to expose sexual content in order to coerce a minor.
• Trafficking a child, or advertising, arranging, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
• Sexualizing a minor in any description, image, or request, including in messages sent to our matchmakers.
• Seeking, arranging, or discussing an underage marriage or betrothal through our service.
• Misrepresenting age, whether one's own or another person's, in order to use the service.
• Using the service to identify, contact, or gain access to a child for any purpose.

How to report

Anyone can report a concern to us, whether or not they are a client, and reports may be made anonymously. Inside our application, a report control is available on every profile, conversation, and message screen. Elsewhere:

Please include as much detail as you safely can, such as usernames, dates, and a description of what you saw. Do not forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to us. Describe it instead. Forwarding such material may itself be unlawful, and a description is sufficient for us to act.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.

What we do about reports

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority and are escalated to a trained reviewer rather than handled through ordinary support channels.

• We aim to acknowledge every report within 24 hours and to complete an initial review within 72 hours.
• Accounts under review are suspended while the review is carried out, so that no introductions or messages can continue.
• On obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it promptly, preserve the evidence as required by law, and terminate the accounts involved.
• We ban permanently, including reasonable steps to prevent re-registration, and we decline all future business with the individual.
• We do not disclose the identity of a person who makes a report to the account they reported.

Legal reporting and cooperation

We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction, as required by applicable law. Because our matchmakers are based in North America, reports are made to the authorities competent for the user and the conduct in question, including Canadian authorities and Cybertip.ca where applicable.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, respond to lawful requests for information, and preserve relevant records for the period required by law. Nothing in our privacy policy prevents us from making a disclosure necessary to protect a child or to comply with a child protection law.

Child safety point of contact

We maintain a designated child safety representative who receives notifications from platform operators, including Google Play and Apple, regarding CSAE content associated with our service, and who is authorized to speak to our review and enforcement procedures and to act on them.

Standards we follow

This policy is written to meet the child safety standards required of social and dating applications by the Google Play Developer Program Policy and the equivalent Apple App Store requirements, and it reflects the Tech Coalition's best practices for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse. Our staff receive training on recognizing and escalating child safety concerns, and this policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
